A little bit about me
Hi there! I'm Amy Lieberman!
I'm a Duke-certified health and wellness coach, speaker, and blogger, committed to helping busy people like you manage stress, overcome overwhelm, and reduce worry and anxiety. 
Before I learned how to effectively cope with stress, my life was like the movie Speed.

I was an overworked and overscheduled sales and marketing professional. I was going too fast, and I was out of control-- an accident waiting to happen. I was quite successful from the outside, but I was disconnected from myself and unhappy on the inside. I realized it was up to me to do something about it before I crashed and burned. 

I started a journey to improve my well-being, and reducing stress was at the heart of it. 
I had such a dramatic shift that I knew it was time to change careers and help others do what I had done-- in their own way. 

You know, there is a calm, cool, and collected person underneath all of your stress, worry, anxiety, and overwhelm.

I can’t wait to meet her.
